What is hourly care?
Hourly visiting care is personalised to each individual family we support and can encompass anything from basic domestic support, companionship, personal care, medication help, through to supporting people with more complex conditions such as dementia or Parkinson’s. The flexible service ranges from 1 hour to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including bank holidays. It also includes sleepover night care and waking night care.
How is hourly care managed?
Our professional carers are matched to our clients to support them at home. We employ exceptional people who are vetted, trained in caring for specialist conditions such as dementia and supported on a 24-hour basis by our local care management team. We pride ourselves on delivering an award-winning, highly personalised home care service which is underpinned by basic principles such as continuity of carer, introductions before care commences, minimum visits of 1 hour and a genuine focus on health and social well-being.
Who is hourly care for?
Whether you or your loved one are looking for high quality but low level assistance, often whilst getting used to receiving help, or a more involved service, requiring us to work closely with GPs and district nurses for support with specialist conditions, our hourly care service can be tailored to meet your needs.
